  • ESL Connected does not operate on a subscription basis. Each material (lesson plan, worksheet, or other resource) must be purchased separately.
  • Once purchased, the material will be available for download in your account.
  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

When you purchase a resource from ESL Connected, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the material for your own teaching purposes.

You may:

  • Download and store the purchased materials for personal use.
  • Print copies of worksheets or answer sheets to distribute to your students.
  • Use the materials in your own classroom or lessons.

You may not:

  • Share, sell, or distribute purchased materials with other teachers, institutions, or third parties.
  • Upload ESL Connected materials to public websites, file-sharing platforms, or social media.
  • Modify, reproduce, or create derivative works from our materials for commercial purposes.

Each teacher who wishes to use our resources must purchase their own copy.

4. Ownership of Content

All lesson materials, designs, and content available on the Site are the property of ESL Connected and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You acquire no ownership rights by purchasing or downloading a resource – only the license to use it as described above.

5. Payment

  • Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers (WayForPay).
  • Prices are displayed on the Site at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with your purchase.

6. Refund Policy

Because digital materials cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are generally final. However, if you encounter an issue (such as a corrupted file or accidental duplicate purchase), please contact us at weconnectedua@gmail.com within 7 days, and we will review your request.

7. Rules of Conduct

When using the Site, you agree that you will not:

  • Share your login details or allow others to access your account.
  • Attempt to copy, redistribute, or resell materials unlawfully.
